Guided Workout Sessions


Small‑Group Training with Built‑In Accountability.
These guided workout sessions provide personalized coaching in a supportive small‑group setting. With just 2–4 participants, you’ll receive focused instruction, proper form guidance, and structured strength and functional training—while staying motivated and consistent alongside others.

Ideal for those who want accountability and encouragement without the feel of a large group class.

Circuit Training Class


Fast‑Paced. Full‑Body. Effective.
This 45‑minute circuit training class features 12 stations combining resistance training and cardio for a complete full‑body workout. Each station is designed to keep you moving, challenge your strength, and elevate your heart rate—making the most of your time while building endurance and consistency.

Class Times:

  • Monday & Thursday – 5:30 PM

  • Monday & Friday – 6:00 AM

Perfect for those who want structured workouts, energy, and motivation in a small group setting.
