Cheryl knows firsthand what it feels like to be uncomfortable in your own body. At 19, standing 5'2" and 179 pounds, she was struggling physically and emotionally. Her mom introduced her to track — and that became the beginning of a lifelong relationship with movement.
Years of training, family, gyms and discipline taught her consistency, but it wasn't until she addressed hormonal health — understanding how metabolism, stress, recovery, nutrition and hormones work together — that everything truly changed.
That journey led her back to school, where she earned her Master of Science in Exercise Science and Wellness: Nutrition and Wellness. More importantly, it solidified her calling.
Today, Cheryl serves women who feel stuck, defeated and confused — helping them reclaim strength, confidence and health without punishment or shame. Her mission is to grow this work remotely, mentor coaches who share these values, and create a space where God is put first in all that we do.
