Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of services provided by Body Temple VA, including but not limited to memberships, programs, classes, workshops, online coaching, and digital products, no refunds are issued for any reason.

This includes, but is not limited to: unused services, missed sessions, early cancellation, or lack of participation.

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Body Temple VA in cases of billing error or if a service is canceled by Body Temple VA prior to delivery.

Medical services, laboratory testing, prescriptions, medications, hormone therapy, peptides, or provider platform fees are billed separately by independent licensed medical providers and are not eligible for refund through Body Temple VA.
