Body Temple VA provides fitness, wellness, education, lifestyle coaching, and non-medical concierge support only. Body Temple VA does not provide medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

3. Medical Services & CPOM Compliance

Any medical services, including but not limited to hormone therapy, peptide therapy, prescriptions, or laboratory testing, are provided solely by independent licensed medical providers. Body Temple VA does not employ medical providers, control clinical decisions, or maintain medical records. All medical services are governed by the provider's own terms, consent forms, and privacy policies.

4. Memberships & Payments

Memberships and programs may be billed monthly or per program as disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees cover access to fitness, wellness, education, and concierge-style support services only and do not include medical care or medications.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are issued for memberships, programs, classes, sessions, or digital products. Refunds may be considered solely for billing errors or services canceled by Body Temple VA prior to delivery. Medical fees are billed separately by independent providers and are not refundable through Body Temple VA.

6. Cancellation Policy

Monthly memberships may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

7. Technology & Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Body Temple VA may use technology-assisted tools, including artificial intelligence (AI), for educational content, administrative support, communication, and program development. AI-assisted content is informational only and does not constitute medical advice or replace licensed healthcare professionals.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness, wellness, or lifestyle activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and confirm you are physically able to engage in these activities.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Body Temple VA makes no guarantees regarding fitness, weight loss, hormonal, or health outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, programs, branding, and materials are the intellectual property of Body Temple VA and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

Personal information is used solely for business operations and communication. Body Temple VA does not store medical data. Medical information is managed by independent medical providers under their own HIPAA-compliant policies.
